Home Depot Project Days with Daddy

On the first Saturday of every month, Home Depot does a Kids Project Day where the little ones can go build a project.  Allan takes the girls every chance he gets and today was their 3rd visit.  Each kid gets their own apron to keep and a pin that shows which project they made that day.  So far, the girls have made a race car, a Mother's Day planter, and a 4-slot organizer.  The girls take a lot of pride in their work :)

Allan likes to send out an email to all of our friends reminding them that it is Project Day, so there is usually a good crowd.  I love that they have something special that they look forward to doing with just Daddy - no Mommy allowed!  My only complaint is that they do not use washable paint!  No problem, though, I just send them in play clothes.
