Night with Trevor

I was so happy when Ann texted me asking if we could watch Trevor while she and Cody went out for the evening!  The girls started asking the minute they got home from school, "What time is Trevor getting here?  How many more minutes until Annie brings Trevor?"

We were still eating dinner when she did bring him and he watched every bite and reached for all of our food, so I hustled to clear the table so I could feed him his solids.  What a big eater!  He gobbled up his rice cereal and a whole container of sweet potatoes.  This is certainly not the underweight baby that concerned the doctor at his 12 week appointment!

Mom and Ed came over to play with him for awhile before he went to sleep for the night.

Within five minutes of him being there, Harper had her hands all over him.  I texted this picture to Ken and Kathy with the caption, "Trevor says help me!"
Concentrating on the bumblebee in the ball.
 Who are you calling chubby?
 Hmm...this looks interesting.
Does it taste as good as it looks?
The girls put on a concert for him.  I can't tell if he was over-stimulated or just offended by their lack of musical ability.

He much preferred Honey playing "I'm gonna get you" with bear.  He smiled the whole time Mom and Ed were over.
Honey checking his mouth for any signs of teeth.  None yet.
He had several spit-ups so we went ahead and gave him a bath for fun before getting him in his jammies.  I had never given a baby a bath in the sink before and it was hard!  He was such a wiggle worm.

I gave him his bedtime bottle and he easily fell asleep, so I transferred him to his pack n play.
He looked so peaceful but he only lasted 30 minutes until he woke up and realized that no one was holding him.
So, I gladly obliged him and help him the rest of the night until Mommy and Daddy picked him up.  My favorite part was when he rubbed his hands on my face - even while sleeping.  It was precious and the best part of my day!
