I was ordering tacos from the "drive-thru window" in Delaney's playhouse.
D: How much do you owe me?
M: $4
D: Most people pay me $5.
She has her Daddy's business sense.
Delaney was telling me about the new song she learned at summer school called, "Say Hi to Your Neighbor".
D: Hi Neighbor, nice to meet you!
M: Hi Neighbor, how are you today?
D: Not good, I'm sore.
M: Oh, are you sore from exercising?
D: No, I'm sore because I have a baby coming out of my belly.
M: What?!?
D: Don't worry, I already went to the doctor to get lots of medicine. It's a girl.
M: Oh really, what's her name going to be?
D: Allison. (makes a grunting noise) Here she is!
I have absolutely no idea where this all came from! As far as I know, we've never talked about labor pains and such. Maybe she saw an episode of A Baby Story at Honey's house or something.
