The EHS drama club put on a play for all of the elementary students in the district today. Delaney's whole school went, as well as Tyler's and Claire's schools. Delaney was excited to ride the bus there and take a "sack" lunch. This afternoon I got a picture text at school from my friend, Angela, who is a second grade teacher at Laney's school. The caption read, "Delaney got chosen to go on stage for the sing-a-long after the play...she looks a little nervous :)" When I asked Delaney about it after school, she said that she actually volunteered for it and she was chosen because she had her hand raised but was sitting quietly. I sure am glad I dressed her cute today :)
