Youth Reunion

Today the girls and I attended a reunion of a whole bunch of friends from the First Assembly youth group. The best part was that our former youth pastors, Rick and Kathy Barnes, were able to attend as well! Kenny and I were both particularly close with Rick and Kathy and were both excited to get to see them. About half of the group in the pictures still lives in the area and the other half all traveled to come. I had only planned to stay for a couple of hours and ended up staying all day! The weather was gorgeous, but the highlight of the day was going inside to watch old videos of the youth group that Rick and Kathy had brought with them. Thanks to Missy for organizing and the Zeissets for hosting!!

A bunch of the parents came as well because they were youth leaders at the time.

Rick even came back from Pennsylvania to officiate Ken's wedding.

and liked hanging out with Lylah and Libby.

Harper hung out with Aunt Kathy for a while

but then conked out in Honey's car for a long nap while I sat outside and got caught up.
