Jason and Katie's Wedding

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to go to some friends' wedding in Defiance, Mo. Katie and Jason have been in our small group for the past couple of years and have a beautiful daughter, Lilie. Unfortunately, Allan found out he had to work just a few days prior, so I just rode over with the Rudds. Jason and Katie couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day! The sun was shining, the temperature was in the 70s and there wasn't an ounce of humidity.

The ceremony was held at the Old Peace Chapel on the Daniel Boone historic site. What a gorgeous little church! The reception was at a conference center in Klondike Park which had a scenic view worthy of a postcard. I'm so thankful to have been a part of their special day.

We were all happy to be out on the sunny day with no kids to worry about, so we started taking silly pictures. I should have known better than to trust Brian with my camera because, he started acting like we were at a photo shoot saying, "you're angry, growl like a tiger, etc." He had us laughing so hard we never got a good picture of the three girls.

So I got back at hime by making him carry my purse then taking pictures of it to post on the internet :)
