Snowmaggedon 2014

The weather forecasters have been warning us about Snowmaggedon 2014 all week and although is started snowing about 7 hours after they predicted, it did indeed start to snow!  It has been coming down heavily all day and there is no end in sight.  The girls spent the night at my mom's last night, so Allan and I dug out around 9:30 to go get them.  Once home, they wanted to get snow clothes on and play with the neighbors.  Today's snow project was a series of tunnels.  The kids and Allan all worked very hard on it.  Then, the Daddy's all got together and helped each other shovel their driveways.  Love our neighbors!!

Caleb from across the street came to play for a bit, but then wanted Delaney to walk him back over to his Daddy.

 Teamwork!

Harper doesn't love playing in the snow because she hates wearing "poofy" clothes and really hates to have wet clothes.  She went in early and taunted the other kids from the dining room window.

School has already been called off for tomorrow because they are predicting a high temperature in the negatives!
