Landon had everyone over tonight to celebrate his 5th birthday with a Camouflage/Reptile party! (Mom - don't look at any of these pictures). They had a man from a local pet store come show us some pretty awesome animals - an iguana, king snake, hissing cockroach, ball python snake, and a chameleon. Anyone who wanted to got to touch or hold them. Cool!
The kids were all entranced at the beginning. But soon, Harper lost interest and went over to jump on the bounce house.

Delaney wasn't sure at first, but then got brave and held the snake. She didn't want it around her neck, though. I have to admit I was surprised that Delaney was the one who wanted to touch the animals, but Harper wasn't interested at all. I would have guessed the other way around!

Allan didn't want to have anything to do with the snakes, but he did hold the chameleon.
